España, 2018

Rosa Adam (1985) graduated in Pharmacy at the Universitat de València in 2008. Then, she started her PhD at the Organic Chemistry department of the same university under the supervision of Professors Belén Abarca and Rafael Ballesteros, funded by the FPI program of Generalitat Valenciana. During her PhD she performed a short research stay at the École européenne d’ingénieurs de chimie, polymers et matériaux (ECPM) at the Université de Strasbourg in the group of Professors Françoise Colobert and Frédéric Leroux. After her PhD dissertation (2014), she moved to the Leibniz Institute for Catalysis in Rostock (Germany) where she worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Professor Matthias Beller funded by a “Ramón Areces” foundation fellowship. In 2017 she joined the Instituto de Tecnología Química (ITQ) at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and CSIC.
